Learning objects that have previously been distributed can be distributed to additional new learners.
A user must have an Admin or Account Admin role to distribute learning.
To add additional learners to a distributed learning objects:
- Navigate to your Admin Portal.
- Select the 'Learning' tab from the left-hand menu.
- Identify the learning object you wish to distribute, then select 'Add learners' on the right-hand end of the record.
- Select the new learners from the right-hand column, then select 'Add >' between the columns to move the learners to the right-hand column.
- Select 'Distribute to # additional learner(s)' from the bottom right-hand of the pop-up.
The added learners will receive an email notification, directing them to log in and complete the learning object. Users with Admin or Account Admin role can view their progress from the Report tab of the Admin Portal.
