Publish courses

Once you have configured your course and enrolled your learners, you can publish it to make it available in the Learning Academy.

To do this:

1. Select the course you wish to publish.
2. Select the 'Publish to Academy' button.

When you select 'Publish to Academy', a pop-up window will appear. From here, you can:

• Choose whether to notify new learners by email by selecting the 'Notify new learners via email' checkbox.
• Preview the course, which shows what the learners will see when they first open the course.
• Select 'Publish to Academy' to make the course available in the Learning Academy.

Once published, learners can log in to Academy and find the course on their dashboard.

When learners open the course, they can view (the same thing that shows when you select 'Preview course' prior to publishing):

• The course trailer (if added)
• The thumbnail image
• The list of lessons
• Any linked resources
