Understanding the dashboard layout
To access the theme designer dashboard, simply select the Theme Designer icon from the left-hand navigation menu from your learning dashboard.
Across the top of the theme designer dashboard, there are three tabs:
- Drafts
- Published
- Archive
Selecting these tabs will display themes that match the stated status (e.g. all published themes)
To the right of the three tabs are more sorting options. Select the drop-down menu to rearrange the order of the displayed themes, or use the text-entry search box to search for specific themes by name.
At the top right-hand corner of the dashboard is a button to create new custom themes.
Below all these options, the themes that match your searching and sorting criteria will be displayed as tiles in a grid.
Themes on the dashboard
Themes on the learning designer dashboard are displayed as tiles with various information indicating the nature of the theme.
At top of the tile, you will see the logo that has been selected for that theme.
Below the logo, the name of the theme is displayed.
Below the theme name, four circles showing the primary colours selected for the theme are displayed.
Below the colours, on the left, a date is shown for when the theme was last edited.
To the right of the date is a three vertical dots button that can be selected to show additional options for that theme. These options may change depending if the theme is a draft, published or archived.
