Enable AI features

Who can enable and disable AI features?

AI Create is our powerful tool that turns your existing training documents into engaging online lessons in just a few clicks. Instantly transform static documents into engaging, dynamic online lessons.

To enable AI features:

1. Navigate to Settings: Select 'Settings' in the top navigation bar and then select 'Dashboard'.
2. Account Preferences: Find the option for Account Preferences and toggle "Enable AI features for all users" to "Yes"

Now that you have enabled AI Create, all Creators, Admins and Primary admins will be able to convert documents into online lessons in just minutes. learn more about creating online AI-driven training lessons here.

To disable AI features:

1. Navigate to Settings: Select 'Settings' in the top navigation bar and then select 'Dashboard'.
2. Account Preferences: Find the option for Account Preferences and toggle "Enable AI features for all users" to "No"

Now that you have disabled AI Create, all Creators, Admins and Primary admins will no longer have access to the AI Create option when creating new lessons.
