Remove learners from a published course

A learner's access to a course that has been published can be revoked by removing them from the course.

 ❗️ Note: Only the course data is unavailable for this learners. The individual lesson data will be retained, however it may not be available in the reports. 

Who can use this feature?

👀 Primary admins, and admins

🏳️ Available on Teams and Professional plans only

❌ Not available if you don’t have Learning Academy

To remove learners from a course:

1. On the left-hand side bar, go to 'Courses'.
2. Locate the course you would like to update and hover over it.
3. Select 'Manage'.
4. Navigate to the 'Learners' tab.
5. Hover over the learner you want to remove.
6. Select the 'X' icon to remove the learner. The status will show as 'Remove pending'.
7. Select 'Publish to Academy' for the removal to take effect.

 ⭐ Tip: If you didn't mean to remove them, you can simply click the restore button to revert that action. However if you have already updated the course by selecting publish. You will need to add the Learners to the course again. They will still have all lesson data retained.
