Unenroll learners

A learner's access to a course that has been published can be revoked by unenrolling them from the course.

 ❗️ Note: Only the course data is unavailable for this learners. The individual lesson data will be retained, however it may not be available in the reports. 

Who can use this feature?

👀 Primary admins, and admins

🏳️ Available on Teams and Professional plans only

❌ Not available if you don’t have Learning Academy

To unenroll learners from a course:

1. On the left-hand side bar, go to 'Courses'.
2. Locate the course you would like to update and select 'Manage'.
3. Select the 'Manage learners' tab.
4. Hover over the learner you want to unenroll then select the 'X' icon.
5. Select 'Remove' in the confirmation modal.

To unenroll multiple learners or groups:

1. Use the left checkbox to select multiple learners or groups you want to unenroll.
2. Select the 'Unenroll' button in the bulk action bar.
3. Select 'Remove' in the confirmation modal.
