By default, Primary Admin and Admin can access reports. By enabling the Reporter role, users will have access to the Reports dashboard and the ability to export CSV files in addition to access to their Learning Academy.

In this guide, you will learn how to request for Reporter role enablement and assign your users the Reporter role.
Request for Reporter role
- A primary admin or admin sends a support enquiry to support@howtoo.co
- Wait for a confirmation email once access has been activated
Assign the Reporter role
Once Reporter role access has been enabled, a Primary Admin or an Admin can assign the Reporter role to users. To do this:
- Go to 'Manage Account' (gear icon, upper right-hand corner next to your initials).
- Select 'User management'.
- Go to the 'Learners' tab.
- Locate the learner you wish to grant the Reporter role.
- Go the the 'Role' column.
- Click the drop down arrow and select 'Reporter'.
This allows learners to view reports within the platform.
Once assigned as a Reporter, the user will be able to see the Reports dashboard underneath the Learning Academy tab.
