You can set an expiry date for lesson published via an online link. Once the expiry date has passed, it will no longer be possible to access the published lesson via that link. Following the link will result in a web page stating that the lesson has expired, or been deleted.
This function is useful if you wish to share a published lesson for a limited window of time.

To set an expiry date for an online link publish:
1. Navigate to the storyboard view of your lesson.
2. Select the Action button in the top right-hand corner of the screen
3. Select Publish.
4. Under release mode, select Online link.
5. On the right-hand side of the window, toggle the expiry date to On.
6. Select the calendar icon below to select an expiry date.
7. Select Publish.
8. Select View publish. This will open the published lesson in a new tab in your web browser.
9. Copy the URL from your web browser to share it with others.
❗️ Note: The lesson will expire at midnight on the selected date. It is not possible to set a custom time for expiry.
To edit or remove an expiry date from a published link:
1. Navigate to the storyboard view of your lesson.
2. Select the Action button in the top right-hand corner of the screen
3. Select Publish.
4. Select the History tab.
5. Identify the relevant publish from the list, and select Change to edit the expiry date, or Remove to remove the expiry date altogether.
❗️ Note: Removing the expiry date will make the published lesson available until a new date is added, or the publish is deleted.
