Content images

Choose a layout

Using layouts will adjust the size of your elements and images.

1. Open your block.
2. Select 'layout' from the editor side bar to drop down your options.
3. Select a 'layout' from the thumbnail icons.

The updated layout will now apply to your block.

Resize images

Once you have uploaded an image, you can adjust and resize these images, using the fit and fill options.

• Fit: This option will ensure your image is not resized, and the full image will display on page.
• Fill: This option will resize your image to fill the image placeholder.

Background images

Background images are a great way to add imagery to any block.

Add a background

Backgrounds can be added to the whole lesson or the one block you are editing.

1. Select 'Background' in the left-hand sidebar.
2. You can either:
   • Select 'Browse library' button, then select an image from the Media library as your background; or
   • Select 'Upload file here' in the left-hand sidebar, then upload an image from your computer to be used as a background. 

Adjust background position

The position of the background can be adjusted to full page, left or right aligned.

1. Select 'Background' in the left-hand sidebar.
2. Select the 'Background position' drop down.
3. Update position to left, right or full page.

Adjust background color

1. Select 'Background' in the left-hand sidebar.
2. Select the 'Colour'.
3. Select your desired background color.
