Manage or change password

Who can use this feature?

👀 Learners, Creators, Primary admins, and Admins

Note: Available but not recommended for users logging in via SSO, such as Google SSO or Okta

Who can't use this feature?

❌ Not available for Integrated users, such as Ontrack

Your password is managed from within your Profile. 

To update your password select the ‘Initial icon’ at the far right of the Top navigation bar and select ‘Profile’.

To enter a new password you will need to know your existing one before entering the new one. 

If you have forgotten your password at login, select ‘Forgot password’ from the login screen. This will initiate an email with a link to reset your password.

❗️ Note: For security purposes, we recommend strong passwords that include 8 characters, one special character, a capital letter and a number.
