We've renamed learning objects... Now "lessons"

While all the functionality of learning objects remains the same, we've simply renamed the feature lessons.

Adding learning outcomes to your AI lesson

We've made it a bit easier to add learning outcomes to your AI-generated lessons. You can add up to 5 learning outcomes, which AI will use to ensure it generates content from your source document that helps learners achieve these learning outcomes.

Copy blocks between lessons

Creators can now effortlessly copy blocks from one lesson to another, streamlining the content creation process and enhancing workflow efficiency.

Add blocks while editing

Creators can now add new blocks directly while editing lessons, providing greater flexibility and enabling more dynamic content development without interruption.

• We've added more theme color options, allowing you to select the color of media accents, giving Creators greater design control and flexibility.
• The focus highlight is now larger, making it easier for learners to navigate training using assistive technology.
• We've improved the alt text components for multiple-choice, homepage and navigation menus, making it easier for learners to navigate training using assistive technology.

Bulk import your learners

Anyone using Learning Academies can now bulk upload learners from the user management page.

• Lesson permissions are now more granular, allowing you to select who can edit your lesson.
• Creators can now add up to 10 introduction blocks before the home page.
• The introduction section is now available in the lesson menu, allowing learners to navigate back to these pages easily.
• Creators can now move blocks in and out of the introduction section.

AI Create

We've launched our AI Create beta so now you can use AI to convert your documents into beautiful online training. To join our beta launch group please book a demo to request early access. 

Branching

Teams on our Pro plan can now create branching scenarios. You can now engage your team with interactive scenarios and let them select a personalized journey through their training.

Other news

• You can now create groups and allocate training to those groups, making delivering training even easier.
• You can now add your team first, allocate all their training, and then send them an invite link so that they can get started with a personalized list of courses.
