We are committed to making the tracking, invoicing and reporting processes as seamless and transparent as possible.
There are a few ways that reporting, tracking and invoicing will occur, depending on the type of partner you are. Here is an outline of the types of partnerships and the way in which invoicing, tracking and reporting can occur:
Solutions partner (including white label)
Solutions partners create an API and webhook integrated ecosystem meaning that billing can be handled, in most cases, via HowToo.
Where billing is handled by HowToo we will provide reporting quarterly that will inform you on how much to invoice HowToo in referral commissions. Reports will be delivered at the beginning of week 2 of each subsequent quarter.
Where billing is handled manually by the partner, we will send an invoice for the total accounts on monthly billing that were created by you (minus your commissions).
Reseller partners - technology
Your company is selling HowToo and managing the sales process. Once a sale is made by your sales team they will fill in a form to lodge the sale - link is available here . This will start the setup process at HowToo to create an account that does not require billing information on the account.
Reseller partners - ready-to-go lesson library natively hosted
Your company hosts the SCORM packages on your technology and provide reporting for billing monthly.
