Enable a completion certificate

HowToo allows you to configure certificates to be issued and downloaded on course completion

Enable the completion certificate

1. Go to the the course you wish to assign a certificate to.
2. In the 'Course setup' section, go to the 'Completion' tab.
3. Tick the 'Include completion certificate' checkbox.

Assign certificates

To assign a certificate to a course, you can either:

• Select 'Choose' to use an existing certificate template; or
• Select 'Create new' to create a new certificate template

If a new certificate has been created, refresh the page to see it in the list of templates. Once a template is chosen, you will also have the option to 'Preview' or 'Change' the certificate.

Download certificates

When a learner completes the course in the Learning Academy, the 'Download certificate' button becomes enabled.

They can also download their certificates from the My certificates section in their Academy profile.
