Email notifications overview

The email notifications feature enables admins to configure and send automated emails to keep learners engaged and informed throughout their learning journey.

With this feature, you can:

• Send automated due date and expiry reminders to learners
• Nudge learners who have not logged in and progressed in their training for a defined period
• Send congratulatory emails when a learner completes a course
• Customise subject lines and body content using template variables such as {learner_full_name}, {course_title}, and {due_date}
• Send test emails before activating notifications
