The activity logs page gives admins a complete record of every email notification sent to learners — including when it was delivered and whether it was successful.
With this page, you can:
- View a timestamped history of all outbound notification emails
- See which learner received each notification and which course it related to
- Check the delivery status of any notification
- Filter logs by notification type or status to find specific records quickly
Using the activity logs page
Access activity logs
From Admin, go to Communications and select Activity logs. The log table loads automatically, showing the most recent notifications first.
Filter by notification type
Use the Notification type dropdown to filter by a specific category. The available types are: Due date reminder, Expiry reminder, Inactivity nudge, Course completion, and Availability.
Filter by status
Use the Status dropdown to filter by delivery outcome. The available statuses are:
- Sent — the email was successfully delivered
- Pending — the email is queued and will resolve within a few minutes
- Failed — the email could not be delivered. This is usually due to an invalid email address or the recipient's mail server rejecting the message. Contact your IT team if the issue persists.
