Add new pathways to a multi-topic lesson

Pathways allow you to add new branches or topics to your multi-topic lesson. Adding a new pathway will automatically add a new navigation tile to your home page.

Add a new pathway or assessment section

You can add new pathways or assessment sections to your lesson in two different ways.

Add a pathway from the action menu

1. Navigate to the storyboard view of your lesson
2. Select the Action button in the top right-hand of the screen.
3. Select Add section or Add assessment in the drop-down. 
4. (If required) Enter a name for the new section in the text-entry box, then select Create.

Add a pathway between existing branches

1. Navigate to the storyboard view of your lesson
2. Roll your mouse over the gap between existing branches until a vertical dashed line appears.
3. Select the small blue '+' button that appears at the top of the vertical dashed line.
4. Select Add section or Add assessment.
5. (If required) Enter a name for the new section in the text-entry box, then select Create.
