Learning dashboard
The learning dashboard is the first thing you will see when you log into your account, and it is the default view for learners.
Here, you can see your courses, categorised by two headings; Jump back in and For you
- Jump back in and continue courses you have already started.
- For you is all the courses available to you.
Select the course to view more details, launch a lesson or view and download resources.
Select the carousel scroll buttons to view more, or select ‘show all’ to view more.
From the 'view all' pages you can search and filter your courses to find specific courses.
Launching your course
If you have selected ‘launch lesson’ from your notification email, you will be taken directly to the first page and can begin learning.
If you are looking at your learning dashboard instead, select the course and then the lesson you want to launch.
If you have previously started the lesson, and have now come back to finish it, you'll be asked if you want to continue from where you left off, or if you'd like to be taken back to the start of that lesson.
Progress Status
Each course on your learning dashboard will show a progress percentage, a completion status and an assessment score.
Logging in
To view and launch your courses you will need to login to HowToo.
Navigate to the HowToo login page and enter your login details.
You may also have a company login page provided to you. These details are different for every company, so be sure to check your emails to find your company specific page.
Note: Even if you have a company specific login page, the generic HowToo login page still works!
Completing your course
Once you have launched your lesson, you are able to begin navigating through the lesson.
Typically, course and lesson completion requires viewing every page, and passing the assessment at the end of the lesson.
Pausing, saving and exiting
You can exit a course at any time and save your progress to return to later.
To save and exit your course:
- Select the hamburger menu button in the top left-hand corner of the course.
- Navigate to the bottom of the menu and select Exit.
- Confirm by selecting Save & Exit.
You can return to finish your course at any time by relaunching your course from your learning dashboard.
You will also be asked to save and exit once you have completed your course.
