Create a lesson with AI
Harness the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline the creation of interactive training materials with our innovative AI Create feature.
Simply follow these steps to generate engaging lessons:
- Select new lesson: Begin by choosing the option to create a new lesson from your lesson dashboard.
- Choose create with AI: Opt for the "Create with AI" option to initiate the AI-driven content generation process.
- Upload document: Upload a document containing extensive text, such as a Word document or PDF. This could include policy documents, compliance materials, onboarding guides, knowledge base articles, or informative blog posts.
⭐ Tip: You can also upload a PowerPoint presentation by printing your PowerPoint as a PDF.
Customize your lesson

Select format: Decide on the format for your training content:
- Narrative: Embed storytelling elements to engage learners.
- Scenario: Incorporate scenarios to immerse learners in realistic situations.
- Traditional: Present core concepts in a linear format.

Provide additional information: Fill in essential details to tailor the training content:
- Learning outcomes: Specify the desired skills or knowledge learners should acquire after completing the training. You can add up to 10 learning outcomes.
- Audience: Define the target audience for the training.
- Relevance: Explain why the training is pertinent to the audience, including insights about your business and the significance of the training.
- Skill Level: Indicate the proficiency level of learners regarding the topic.
- Length: Select the desired duration or length of the training.
- Generate my lesson: Initiate the generation process to create your customized lesson.
- Monitor generation progress: The lesson will start generating, and you can track its progress. It will continue generating even if you navigate away from the page, allowing you to check back later.
- Review and edit: Once the lesson is generated, you can view the storyboard or preview the content. Make necessary edits and adjustments as needed.

- Generate images: Create visuals from a prompt or refine existing images to better match your content.
- Create and edit audio: Turn text into audio, change voices, or generate transcripts to support your learners.
- Translate lessons: Translate lessons and themes into different languages to reach a wider audience.

Enabling AI in your account
This feature might be turned off for your account. To check and turn on AI features follow these steps:
- From your home screen, go to Settings.
- Select Dashboard in the top right corner.
- In Account preferences, locate Enable AI features for all users.
- Select Yes.
❗️ Note: Enabling this feature is only available to admin and primary admins. If you don’t see the settings icon, you may need to get in touch with our team, via the chat.
Disabling AI in your account
If you would like to disable AI features in your account. You can follow the steps below.
- From your home screen, go to Settings.
- Select Dashboard in the top right corner.
- In Account preferences, locate Enable AI features for all users.
- Select No.
❗️ Note: This will turn off AI features for all users in your account.
FAQs
What is the maximum file size I can upload to AI create?
The maximum allowable file size for uploads is 512KB.
If your file exceeds this limit, we advise removing any images or breaking the document into multiple sections. Each section can then be added to the course as shorter micro-lessons, which are proven to have higher retention rates.
