Removing learners from a published course

A learner's access to a course that has been published can be revoked by removing them from the course.

❗️ Note: Only the course data is unavailable for this learners. The individual lesson data will be retained, however it may not be available in the reports. 

Who can use this feature?

👀 Primary admins, and admins

🏳️ Available on Teams and Professional plans only

❌ Not available if you don’t have Learning Academy

Remove Learners from a course

1. Navigate to your Create platform in the top navigation bar
2. Select Courses from the left-hand sidebar
3. Hover over the course you would like to update
4. Select Manage
5. Navigate to the Learners tab
6. Hover over the Learner you want to remove and select the X icon to remove learners
7. These Learners will be have the status as remove pending
8. Publish to Academy to update the course and allocate this course to those new learners.

⭐ Tip If you didn't mean to remove them, you can simply click the restore button to revert that action. However if you have already updated the course by selecting publish. You will need to add the Learners to the course again. They will still have all lesson data retained.
