Adding additional learners to a course

Courses that have previously been published can be re-published to include additional new learners.

Who can use this feature?

👀 Primary admins, and admins

🏳️ Available on Teams and Professional plans only

❌ Not available if you don’t have Learning Academy

To add additional learners to a published course

1. Navigate to your Create platform in the top navigation bar
2. Select Courses from the left-hand sidebar
3. Hover over the course you would like to update
4. Select Manage
5. Navigate to the Learners tab
6. Select Add learners and from the dropdown use select learners
7. Search or select Learners you would like to add to this course
8. These Learners will be added as pending
9. Publish to Academy to update the course and allocate this course to those new learners.

⭐ Tip Remember to select the notify new learners checkbox, if you would like HowToo to send a email notification to the new learners.
