Courses that have previously been published can be re-published to include additional new learners.
Who can use this feature?
👀 Primary admins, and admins
🏳️ Available on Teams and Professional plans only
❌ Not available if you don’t have Learning Academy
To add additional learners to a published course
- Navigate to your Create platform in the top navigation bar
- Select Courses from the left-hand sidebar
- Hover over the course you would like to update
- Select Manage
- Navigate to the Learners tab
- Select Add learners and from the dropdown use select learners
- Search or select Learners you would like to add to this course
- These Learners will be added as pending
- Publish to Academy to update the course and allocate this course to those new learners.
⭐ Tip Remember to select the notify new learners checkbox, if you would like HowToo to send a email notification to the new learners.
