Stages:
- Month 1 - Soft launch:
- Kickoff call
- Onboarding progress check-in 1 & 2
- Joint marketing activity Timeline
- Integration calls (if still necessary)
- Month 2 - Roll out and educate our audiences:
- Call 1 (week 2 of the month) - have we completed everything in month 1, how are we tracking to schedule and anything needed from HowToo
- Call 2 (week 4 of the month) - how are we tracking to schedule and anything needed from HowToo
- Ad hoc sales and marketing calls as needed
- Month 3 - Finalise soft launch and plan for next phase:
- First quarterly review and planning for next quarter
- Ad hoc sales and marketing calls as needed
- Ongoing - QBRs, reporting and
- Quarterly QBRs - the fourth being a renewal and reset objectives session
