Creating an introductions for multi-topic lessons

You can add up to three additional blocks prior to the home page in complex templates.

You may rearrange the order of the first three blocks of your introduction, but the final block must always be the home page block. Therefore, you will not be able to select and drag the home page block.

Learners will only be able to access the introduction when they first launch the lesson. After completing a topic branch, learners will be automatically returned to the home page rather than the beginning of the introduction. 

To create an introduction:

1. Roll your mouse over the home page block
2. Select the blue + button that appears on the left-hand edge of the block.
3. Select your desired block layout from the resulting screen.
