Use Reports to track course and learner progress across the platform.

❌ Not available if you don’t have Learning Academy

This article shows you how to filter and view data from the HowToo Learning Academy dashboard.

View reports dashboard

Use the Dashboard tab to access an overview of activity across the platform.

You can filter the data by time range, including:

• 7 days
• 30 days
• 3 months
• 6 months
• 12 months
• All time

This tab also shows the following information:

• Most popular course - highlights the course with the highest engagement. You can toggle between 'In progress' and 'Completed'.
• Completed - shows completion data. You can toggle between 'Courses' and 'Lessons'.
• Number of users - shows user activity. You can toggle between 'Active' and 'New'.

Sort report information

You can easily find courses and their report data by utilizing the search field. You can also filter the report data by:

• Display - choose what to display inn the reports view
  • Archived courses - shows archived courses in the report view
  • Hidden learners - shows learners who are currently tagged as hidden
  • Inactive learners - shows learners who are marked as inactive
• Learner attributes - filter learners based on specific attributes
  • Choose attribute - select an attribute (for example alias name)
  • Condition - choose how to filter (is equal to, is not equal to, contains, does not contain)
  • Enter value - input the value to match against

The platform also allows you to further sort these information by hovering over the column labels and clicking the arrow.

This sorts the data in the selected column in ascending or descending order.
