View learner reports

Use Reports to track individual learner activity and monitor their progress across assigned lessons and courses.

In this guide, you will learn how to view learner-level activity, understand progress metrics, and track performance across courses.

Overview of learner activity

You can also filter by learners to view the courses assigned to a specific learner and track their progress. This tab shows a list of your learners along with the following information:

• Progress - shows the learner's progress across all the courses assigned to them, shown via a progress bar
• Courses allocated - shows how many courses have been assigned to the learner
• Courses in progress - shows the number of courses the learner is currently on
• Courses completed - shows how many courses the learner has finished and completed successfully

View learner-level metrics

Select a learner to view their activity. The overview shows the following information:

• First course in progress - shows the course code of the first course the learner has started but not yet completed
• Last course launched - shows the course code of the most recent course the learner opened
• Last active - indicates the last date the learner accessed the platform
• Total courses - shows the total number of courses assigned to the learner
• Total lessons - displays the total number of lessons across all assigned courses
• Courses in progress - shows the number of courses the learner has started but not yet completed
• Courses completed - shows the number of courses the learner has finished
• Avg progress - displays the learner’s average progress, in percentage, across all assigned courses

View individual learner activity

This tab also shows the list of courses assigned to the learner and their progress on specific courses.

• Version - shows which version of the course or lesson the learner is currently on.
• Progress - indicates how far the learner has progressed through the course, shown via a progress bar
• Assessment - shows whether the course includes an assessment and the learner’s score in percentage
• In progress - shows the date the learner started the course
• Completed - shows the date the learner completed the course

Sort learner report information

The platform also allows you to further sort these information by hovering over the column labels and clicking the arrow.

This sorts the data in the selected column in ascending or descending order.
