Just like courses, you can also monitor lesson activity across your Learning Academy.

This guide will show you how to monitor learner activity at the lesson level using the Reports dashboard.

Overview of lesson activity

The lessons tab displays a list of your lessons along with key information such as:

• Lessons - shows the total number of lessons in your academy
• Total learners in progress - shows the total number of learners with ongoing lessons
• Total learners completed - shows the total number of learners who have completed their assigned lessons
• Avg % completed - shows the percentage of learners who have completed their assigned lessons

View lesson-level metrics

It also shows you the activity on specific lessons based on the following:

• Completed (far left) - shows the percentage of learners who have completed the lesson.
• In progress - shows the percentage of learners who have started the lesson but have not yet completed it.
• Learners - shows the number of learners that have been assigned to the lesson.
• In progress - shows the number of learners currently working through the lesson.
• Completed (far right) - shows the number of learners who have finished the lesson.

View learner activity within a lesson

Select a lesson to expand it and view the learner/s assigned to it along with their activity.

• Version - shows which version of the lesson the learner is currently viewing
• Progress - indicates how far the learner has progressed through the lesson
• Assessment - shows whether the lesson includes an assessment and the learner’s score shown in percentage
• In progress - indicates the date the learner has started the lesson but has not yet completed it
• Completed - indicates that the date the learner has finished the lesson and met the completion criteria

Sort lesson report information

The platform also allows you to further sort these information by hovering over the column labels and clicking the arrow.

This sorts the data in the selected column in ascending or descending order.
