Use Reports to track course activity across your academy.

Who can use this feature?

👀 Primary admins, and admins

🏳️ Available on Teams and Professional plan only

❌ Not available for Creator users

❌ Not available if you don’t have Learning Academy

In this guide, you will learn how to view course-level activity, understand key progress metrics, and monitor lesson activity within each course.

Overview of course activity

The Courses tab displays a list of your courses along with key information such as:

Courses - shows the total number of courses in your academy
Total in progress - shows the total number of learners with ongoing courses
Avg % completed - shows the percentage of learners who have completed their assigned courses

It also shows you the activity on specific courses based on the following:

Completed (far left) - shows the percentage of learners who have completed the course.
In progress - shows the percentage of learners who have started the course but have not yet completed it.
Learners - shows the number of learners that have been assigned to the course.
In progress - shows the number of learners currently working through the course.
Completed (far right)- shows the number of learners who have successfully finished all the required lessons.

Select a course to expand it and view the lessons within it, along with the same progress data at lesson level.

The platform also allows you to further sort these information by hovering over the column labels and clicking the arrow.

This sorts the data in the selected column in ascending or descending order.
